“At Ashley & Alexandria’s, every appointment includes a private bridal suite and a dedicated stylist prepared exclusively for you. To reserve this time, we require a non‑refundable styling investment, if you say yes to your dress during your visit, the full amount is applied to your gown purchase. If an appointment is missed or we don’t receive notice of a change in plans, the fee is retained as it covers the suite and stylist reserved for your experience. Your appointment request is not fully confirmed until a member of our team personally reviews your time, availability, guest count, and styling expectations with you. This brief conversation ensures your appointment is thoughtfully prepared, aligned with your vision, and tailored to the outcomes you’re hoping for.”
